By Joining SLR you are agree with below mention terms and conditions -

1. No any fee is payable for joining this Plan. Applicant can join this scheme by purchasing goods worth Rs. 1100 or more as per his/her requirement.
2. The company is purely a Product Distribution company. You are requested not to pay any extra money to any staff, agent and promoter. Otherwise, the company will not be responsible for any liability elsewhere .
3. In the case of online joining, it will be mandatory to submit the original form, ID Proof and Address Proof within 30 days by self-signing.
4. In the case of online joining, the goods can be taken from the nearest service center, Or it can also be called by courier, in which the cost of the courier will have to be paid separately to the customer.
5. While joining online, it will be the responsibility of the customer to match the description and price of the goods.
6. The option of online Joining will be available 24X7 but the delivery or dispatch of goods will be done only during the working day and time.
7. Application forms should be filled in full, neat and clean , half incomplete forms will not be submitted. In the event of the applicant being uneducated or minor educated, it will be mandatory to attach a notary with the application form, in which it is clear that the applicant knows the plan fully.
8. All commissions or bonuses can be request by cheque, or direct transfer in the bank account . In case of online request, 500 or above will be valid.
9. All rewards will be given at the "Samman samaroh". The image shown is indicative and the value is approximate, the reality may be different.
10. In the absence of PAN number at the company office, TDS will be cut at 10% instead of 5%.
11. All payments will be made only after deducting TDS 5% /10% + DMC 5%.
12. All promotions will be in the order of the calendar month.
13. All income is eligible to be transferred to the nominee.
14. All disputes will be subject to judicial Court Gorakhpur only .
